Increase in lag switchers? Or just server lag?

Is this me or do some people eat a ridiculose amount of bullets before being hit like 4+ shots and then most people do not eat much at all? Ive played against lag switchers before and 4+ bullets is what they usually eat so i just want to know if its lag switching or server lag?

Recently, I've been kinda laggy when there are a lot of people, especially in events. I'm pretty sure it's a mix of server lag and my own wifi's lagging at times.
