so now anyone can just go boost if they know how?

I believe they need solid evidence, I doubt they'll consider the pictures as undeniable proof. Sadly, I doubt staff cares.

They could easily follow him in stealth mode, but they just don't care.

if staff doesn't care, why do they go around and rest some other boosters? is it favoritism or just because they don't like the player that is boosting,
