Well, what can I say. Spar has evolved in to 2 step process.
1. Run as fast as you can to the bottom
2. Start Spamming like there is no tomorrow

I think he means how the bullet goes through the players head and takes no damage in a spar match.

Yeah it's not only spar logic though, it's just how the game works, a player only receives damage when a bullet hits the shadow(that small circle black patch) under his/her character.

It's not suppose to be smart, but it's because we don't really care since it's an old issue.
Even I'm too lazy to explain why people don't take damage despite being hit.
