From my guess it has something to do with the "Down the rabbit hole" thread as the quote about the final destination of salient thingy is very similar to what the puzzle would say.
It could be something entirely different though, just a hunch.

Yea. I was in the skype group for the thread that cloud linked, and i was told that this place had something to do with it. Pretty sure it has been abandoned though
