    First of all, we'll start by giving the dual sabers another ability, the throw ability. Therefore it will still be 25 more ecs worth. Secondly, we will add an open/close ability to the single saber

    The single saber can block bullets while the double saber can deflect them
    Ive played era for 3 years

    Believe when I say that no saber owner would want that, it's one of the few things that makes sabers unique.

    In fact, there's nothing you can change other than making saber do more damage. Increasing its speed via Gani will still make it look fast but damages the same speed as any other melee.

    Not to mention that the saber is faster on PC than any average device you're using to play Era.

    Speed of the gani doesn't make it faster,but would it be that absurd to make double 10dmg we allready have a melee thats is as fast as a Dagger+ chock effect

    I see where you're coming; it doesn't matter whether the chaplain outranks the DLS's damage and speed.

    I think this has some link to scripting of the weapon to have it deal damage at a point of time so that not ALL attacks will instantly kill a player even in a no hit timer zone.
