Technically, he/she has every right to use your graphics. You have no legal copyright over them do you? You put them on the internet which makes all your graphics fair game.

Yes, I know I don't have a copyright on it, but it would be nice if I knew who created it so I could ask them to remove it.

Best thing you can do is search around Era for that website name (gang name, maybe it's in his/her bio)
Also why does everyone use Weebly or Wordpress, Wix is so much easier
