What the heck. The head should be legal. I've had heads that had different coloured frames in the death frames. What's wrong with that? It gives a unique taste to death. Lmao that sounds cruel woops.

Anyways, most of my customs have been half cat half human, that's just what I like, even my current head is like so. It should be fine.

Excuse me? If cat ears aren't allowed why are they allowing half skull half human heads? Shouldn't that be illegal too?
Either accept the head she edited or have a meeting with every PR or send a message to them saying they should read the upload rules carefully
