My Ticket Problem.

So i cashed in 5000 gralats to get 1000 tickets, I was planing on buying "Ninja Hammers" item in the ticket shop. I got up to 18000 tickets, and while I was looking around the Ticket Shop my phone lagged. I ended up buying the item "Clear View Gasmask" thingmajig that costs 8000 tickets without even intending to.

So yeah i just lost 8000 tickets for an item i did not even want.

Could someone in charge give me a refund in tickets and take away that gasmask? Because this situation really sucks.

I posted my problem in the link given approximately two hours ago. During this time i made 4000 more tickets, so when i get a refund i would be able to purchase what i actually wanted instead of buying something i didnt actually wanted because my screen froze. I still did not get any kind of response. How long responding takes?

It's not possible to buy an item by lagging, I also replied to your ticket with a similar answer.
