Of all seriousness, this Kevin guy had the guts to create a forum but it's made in the most horrifying way possible.
To add on to that, he did NOT created that forum alone. He got someone else to do it for him and he just took that guy's advice.
As for this thread regarding your 'hiring' case, it most certainly looks like you weren't cut out for the job as a deputy.
Not because of your age, but your general knowledge and usage of powers as a staff really pinpoints the fact that you're not even considered as someone who could generally take up the job as a true staff.
This thread serves no purpose at all when the thread owner doesn't bother returning to heed any of your advices.
