May be a good idea but scamming is a more focused subject
an auction gun gets scammed
a bar/minigun/pbp/shipka gets scammed

if this idea is implemented
there should be a jailing system, if one scams a player's guns or items on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
he/she will be banned for 3 Years
