Then just ask us here.
I can guarantee you with multiple answers from the community.
It's OK to ask players on here. Players have more free time than staff. Staff's job is to support Era and the people who inhabit it.
Of course, recently hired admins and some others are just in it for the rewards and "fame".
That's why this website was created. To seek help from players who experience the same issues you do. Don't be afraid to ask questions on here.
