For a dramatic effect I can only assume, I don't mind them they kind of make the situation look big to new players. My advice would be to add some mafia related cars mixed in with the cop cars to give it that gangster vs. cop feel. Maybe a swat van with swat npcs around it?
Wouldn't that be cool lol but only if they had the ksg shotgun with the shield.
