the wings are supposed to look like they have blood on them lol its look like they do to me atleast, and thanks for the feedback, seriously tho, I haven't made hats in a long time and kinda taught myself so ty for the constructive criticism, we got some time to go so I plan on editing it a bit more, was looking for feedback like this.
Everything looks good except for the wings. Try making them more elaborate with sharper edges and maybe better shading on the skull.

ok, fixed all the shading/colors that was all out of whack and changed the wings as well as shape of hat, I think this is a winner now
The jagged edges don't give it the quality of a 2k hat.
Yours is in a yes yes pile but you need that editor (a professional) to fix and round up all the jaggies, to fix the colors etc etc.

Remember, this hat is your 2k hour reward, instead of receiving it at the first second you reach 2k, think about it for a while.
