It explains in the rules how jails work. I guess he should have thought of how his actions will affect others before doing it.
Why does it have to be an ip ban then?
Because if it isn't, he could easily make a new account on another device and continue his illegal behaviour like nothing has happened.

ip bans are done because your brother could get around his jail by logging onto another account. For all we know, your brother could be impersonating you right now.

It means that you will automatically be unjailed on September 3rd
But it also says Time Left: 4 hours
Then after 4 hours you will be unbanned, just wait it out.
Okay good I thought I would have had to wait all those months.
