Looked for some more, and chose some of my favourite sub machine guns. (Forgive me if they're already in era, I'm not exactly a hardcore player)
ZK-383 (SMG)
It originally came from Czechoslovakia, and was predominantly used in WWII by Nazi Germany, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria and I think by Venezuela as well.

Vityaz-SN (SMG)
Russian, Kalashnikov variant, blowback operated. Used in Russian military and special forces.

Lettet–Forsøgs (SMG)
Made in Denmark in the late 1930's.

Hotchkiss M1914 (Machine gun)
French origin, used in both world wars as well as numerous other wars. Made in the late 1890's.
(The Hotchkiss in the picture is a replica)

French, used in WWII. Designed in 1930's. Used by China, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, and more.

Made by Italy in late 1910's, used in two wars including WWII. In WWII it was used by Italy.

Owen Gun (SMG)
An Australian SMG designed in the 1930's. Used in WWII, Vietnam War, Korean War, Laotian War, Rhodesian Bush War and some others.
Used by Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Rhodesia, United Kingdom, United States, Indonesia and Kingdom of Laos.

Have to say from playing Call Of Duty the MP7 and MTARX have been the best submachine guns I've come across. If you are replacing the MP7 I'd choose MTARX to be honest.
