How exactly I win the register at era.go achievement?

so I made an acc on this forums because ppl say theres an achievement that gives you 1 full EC and the sign,is that still available or Im missing something?

I really need an answer because im confused of how do they know which is your acc so it works like uploads that you put your linked acc mail and if youre connected you receive the achievement or is it one building or how does this works? someone plz explain me :C
