so i upload a head that i ifiled off midnight and i usually use it when im pking grim at tachi, and today it was refunded...wtf? midnight aint an admin and NUMEROUS ppl have requested punishment against ppl who stole heads, but when i take a head to annoy someone, it gets refunded...

This is not a reason for not allowing an upload. There's nothing we can do about ifiling and it's perfectly fine to upload whatever you like so long as it meets the conditions, which this did.
If someone was copyrights their upload we couldn't actually have it on our server, so plagiarism isn't an issue either

Can we see the head? And btw Homeless Witch has no right to refund your head if it "belongs" to someone else.
