If it's a quest I hope it will be worth completing. I spent a hundred hours waiting in that flower line during that Easter event for just these non-useful things.

hmm something tells me these guys can be used for ethier new areas, an actual taxi job or just a pointless decor, but what jeni said I think it will be a job.
