Is your device running slow or smooth? I had an iPad Mini that had a similar problem.

8.4 broke some good games INCLUDING Bioshock,2K is working on fixing it atm.
It always,always happens when you update to the latest version.
Analysis and rationalism are probably the greatest helpers in this world,full of dishonest,deceitful,foolish,money-grubbing,greedy and betraying people.
Analyze it all,find the logical pattern if it exists and you'll come to the correct conclusion.

The melee weapons are just as important at basing as guns,they too need proper balancing.
Not to mention the upcoming iOS 9 isn't compatible with Era atm.
But that decision is depending on Unixmad to whether he is willing to forsake his money to actually upgrade the game for more customers to pay (I wouldn't use 'play').
