Staff already take care of glitching/glitchers. But how do you mean that staff could take care of lagging?

Everybody has lag before, so don't expect them to focus on those lagging more than you only.
It's not necessary for them to focus in something that is happening in everywhere...
The problem is the servers needing to be upgraded. Staff are already trying to improve it as much as they are able, but of course it's only going to help some.

You mean it will help people with newst devices?
Staffs helped improving something so that the players won't really get bother by the lags, but only minority
