Two things....
1- the leg is no longer sold since the shop was "remodeled", thus you cannot purchase it anymore and it is only available via trade. I am not sure how many are in game currently.
2- Stop believing and spreading the rumors and gossip on age, that is all they are. I have been back all summer, maybe you should just ask the target of the gossip versus spreading more false statements.
