    Questions about developing a Plyerworld

Hello, I'm currently browsing the web trying to learn GS2 from another forum and I've been wondering: Is it free to develop and host a Playerworld? I want to make a steampunk themed Graal game with a campaign and PvP airship battles when I have mastered GS2, but I don't want to pay anything because I don't have a job yet. I want to make that server in the future when I have more time. By the way, do I need a private server for this? I hope not, but any answers would be great!

I made a typo in the Thread title. How do I change it?

The game may be made in the future, not anywhere in the present.

When will I ever see Python be used as a popular programming language?
    I would never know.

No it's not free, you'll need to rent a playerworlds server.

So there is no free way of making my game come alive? It's way cheaper to make a completely new game, so I guess I have to resort to making it from scratch then without Playerworlds.

Yes, I'm afraid it will be costly if you want to host a playerworlds server, I've done it in the past.

Don't waste your money on renting a server if you are not capable of scripting GS2 fully.
Instead test out your scripts on the TestBed server.
Ask one of the staff members for it. (Staff members of Test Bed)

I only made this thread so I can plan for the game when I mastered GS2 in the future. I didn't say I was going to make it soon. On Graalians, the scripters there said that TestBed was no longer available for some reason, so I will have to learn GS2 in a different server.

If Playerworlds was very costly, then how do I get the Graal Online audience to play it? I want to make it based on Graal and that it would be targeted for the Graal Online audience. Btw, is Graal strict on its copyright?

Yeah, My bad, I wasn't able to go on it either.
Meanwhile. You should take online courses on Java scripting.
I found it super simple to understand once I learned Java scripting.
It's very similar in terms of concept.

I'm currently taking Python (Another scripting language) courses and I'm not very familar with Java, but I got enough info from Graalians to take my baby steps learn GS2 while continuing my Python lessons.

If you wish to learn GS2 in the future, I highly suggest you to learn JavaScript and Java, as those two are pretty similar to GS2. This will make your GS2 courses way more easy to understand and use if you're already familiar to JS and Java.
By the way, Graal is highly strict about copyrights.

Thank you. Guess I will be learning three languages simultaneously. If Graal is that strict, do you have any idea on how to get the Graal Online audience to play it without alienating them or violating Copyright?
