I would have to disagree I have all Gimp, Paint, and ArtStudio for iOad and I find it a lot easier to be quick with your fingers then to have to move your whole hand with your mouse to just click another tool or even the keyboard with the shortcuts the only drawback is .Gifs images can not be made. But I just make all the layers on ArtStudio and email them and put them on gimp and finish it there.
