Becoming an admin is not that easy. You need to be honest and have the appropriate age to become an admin. However you can apply anytime.

This thread basically gives the link to the application and wishes all the applicants good luck not the best guide, and I'm clueless to why you added FAQ in your thread title as it doesn't list and answer any. Please reconsider this and add detail about becoming PR as it states in the title.
