Getting better but when you add lighter colors you need to imagine where they would hit the piece. It looks like your applying them randomly. Notice on mine i tried to accent the cheek bones, forehead, above the eye sockets and the bridge of the nose.

I tried to get it around the goggles because im not using normal eye shapes but I see what youre saying on the back and sides its out of whack
