why was I jailed

I just returned from the store and I was jailed for hacking. I have never hacked anything in my life,I've never even cursed or tryed to curse in this game. I was in the mines mining but had to run to the store when I get back I have the black jailed screen. I'm on Android device NOT rooted to run any of those third party tools also. This is wrong and I'm genuinely hurt about this happening

Maybe the server jailed you because of snk restarting the server
Npc server must of marked you for"hacking"

Submit a ticket on support.toonslab.com
they will unjail you for sure because of the mistake
by the server.

Well I'm still jailed,sent a pm to an admin on here,started a couple threads, and sent a ticket to toonslab yet I'm still jailed for no reason and this needs to be corrected and this infraction needs to be removed from my record as I've applied for player relations.

They will note that your jailing was a mistake made by the npc server it's self.
they should unjail you but it will take sometime, don't start spamming forums because
that would waste your time, also the thread will be closed soon.
