Are There New Upload Rules I Am Missing?

I'll try to keep this post short to conserve time. Thank you to whoever reads and or can help!

So about a week or two ago I uploaded the Mermaid Body. I wasn't sure I liked it enough to keep it for 10k gralats. So I refunded it. Today I decided I wanted it back to keep. When I tried to upload it, it said I already uploaded the file so I need to change the name or wait for an admin to approve it. I chose to change the name. Then in game I got a server message saying my file was bad and wouldnt work. I redownloaded and saved the image from Graal Depot (Page 7 last body) and submitted the file again. I got a new server message saying that the upload is inappropriate. My question is: How? And why? I had the upload around a week or two ago with no trouble. Are there new upload rules forbidding the body? Here are some screenshots of the upload when I got it, and one of the server messages I recieved:

What do you think? Is this body inappropriate? Thank you for your time!

It's simply not the same administrator that aproved your file the last time, maybe this body was illegal (seems illegal for me thought.) Just wait and try uploading later, maybe it'll be aproved

The admins are laughably disorganized. Some will accept, others won't. Some don't even know the rules themselves.

Certain staff say different things. It's all about who thinks it's appropriate, and who thinks it is not. Hope you get your upload

Reasons why your body won't be approved is simply because there isn't any legs functioning for your body. And it's called 'mermaid', what else is there?

Just wait for Rina or ICE to get on. They know as much about Era as someone who hasn't played it in their entire life.
