Cant understand freeze rates help!

So i've heard that Ghost m4 had pretty low freeze rate but why is it like this
Ghost M4: $187000
Dual: No
Damage: 8
Spread: 0.085
Freeze: 0.145
Fire Rate: 0.262
Reload Freeze: 0.30-0.45
Auto: No
Clip: 20

And comparing it to Souizen, looks like Souizen has lower look
Souizen: $???
Dual: No
Damage: 8
Spread: 0.06
Freeze: 0.12
Fire Rate: 0.25
Reload Freeze: 0.40-0.30
Auto: Yes
Clip: 12
Perk: Suitcase Attachment

Souizen is an auction gun, are you assuming Ghost M4 has the lowest freeze?

Freeze determines how you can manoeuvre whilst spamming/holding down your firing D-pad.

If the gun you want has an example of 1.80 freeze, then you're able to move a few inches with it be it while spamming or tapping a bullet (the effect works when you're continuously shooting).
If the gun you want has 0.9 freeze, then you can move without complexity bothering you or any other issues hence giving you a wider space to dodge bullets.
