Secret Scamming Trick

So theres this trick that ive seen alot of players tell me about when they say "______ Scammed me"
Im not gonna point fingers but i can say this THE TRADE COMMUNITY IS CORRUPTED
So this guy who i will not mention used this trick to scam someone
But this trick is well its not scamming its hacking kinda
So this trick makes it so when both players accept to a dealer the scammer uses this program idk
But it allows them to alter whats on the table WHILE its accepting so use this program change the ____ amount of shells and change it to like 1 or 10 at the last second so the person whos trading cannot click the accept button to not accept the trade
I will tell this players name who has used it before but i'll tell it to a staff member and no one else
The man even claimed he hustled the guy he gave him 16k and sold the flag for 32k BUT
the guy who was scammed showed pics on kik of his inventory and he didnt have 16k

It aint a glitch its a hack but heres a brief explaination
Person gets powers and uses program to alter items on table while its accepting normally you cnat do this
If you try to alter weapons one the table while accepting it automatically ends the trade but this hack allows you to change it and it changes it at the lasts second so pretty much
A man buys a super for 100k man hacks and replaces 100k with 1 shell trade accepts next second and now the person who was scammed complains

I don't think he can edit server side. He's probably editing Clientside. If he edits serverside, he's in big trouble.
