those are streaks. if u turn green then u killed x amount of people same goes for all other colors. light blue is if you heal a lot.

Umm gold for high streaks (50, 100, 150 etc)
blue for triple kill I think?
I haven't pked since a year or even more, so yeah.

Oh yeah and purple increases the damage when you hit a monster a lot or something like that, idk about green.

I also think they give you a bonus, not sure but I think:

Light blue gives you more heal when you heal yourself, (get it by healing you a lot)
Dark blue gives +1 damage with guns, (get it by killing 3 peoples very fast)
Purple gives you more damage against bots, (get it by hitting a lot of NPCs)

idk about if yellow and green also gives bonuses? (Green is when you kill a lot of peoples very fast, yellow is when you do a streak.)

With my experience as a pker, i learned the meaning if this glows rapidly.
Blue (light blue): means you've healed pretty fast, therefore a little boost in your healing will be added meanwhile you are still glowing blue. Example: you are healing with a heal staff which heals in a rate of 5 hp, but while you are glowing blue it will heal by 6-7.
Blue (dark blue): means that you have killed more than 4 people within 10 seconds
Green: you have killed a certain person more than 3 times within 1-2 minutes
Red: you have killed 4 or more people with explosives within 10 seconds.
Purple: you have dealt more than 100 damage to an npc (crabs, seasonal NPCs etc) therefore a boost in your weapon's damage will be added momentarily
Gold: you have accomplished an achievement or managed to kill 50 people in a row

Remember that this are not the exact same technical definitions, just what i think they are in my 200k kills experience as a pker.

    How about Red?

I've been seeing more often that when I use a explosive weapon, I will get a red glow and was wondering what the perks of it are and what it means.
