I like the flowing hair animation idea.

-Freedom of animations
-Animal heads
-Allow eyes to change colour, like say the eye colour is blue at first but when it blinks it changes into a purple colour.

I can guarantee animal heads being allowed again.

I´ll see about the animations - I personally don´t see anything that speaks against mouth/hair animations.
What I personally do not want to see is flashing stuff. We definately won´t do that.
Stuff like changing hair color could work but we´d need to discuss that.

Current rules say the only animation permitted is eyes....
