Our database (Graal database) is very secure, everything is encrypted, so nobody could "hack" into your account. Not even staff members can see your e-mail password. Don't worry, it's only lag.

Best to revoke just to be on the safe side as said above. I don't think anyone can do anything with GraalIDs anyways.

Just revoke, if it persists then there's nothing much to be done.
It's happen to me, it's somewhat a glitch if you have multitasking, say you go on another app and you come back it will say this account is already in use. All you really need to do close the app wait a few seconds then re-open it.
