Technically, being pro, you'd have to do this for a living, professionals not amateurs.
Maturity is always important to be a pro.

'Pro' is misused. Nowadays pro means to be some 'kool k1ds in th3 sp4r c0mplex'
To be a pro. I believe one should complete all the achievements. Including 1,000,000 spar wins
They want to see you do good.
But never better than them.
