Removing attachments?

This is the message when I try to use a picture on posts:

The following errors occurred:

image.jpg: Exceeds your quota by 4.76 MB <a href="misc.php?do=attachments" target="_blank"> Click here to view your attachments</a>

I would show a picture, but I obviously can't do that otherwise I wouldn't have posted :P It also says I have 5.71 MB of 976.6 KB used

Is there a way to fix this, or at least delete all of the photos to open up space? I go to the attachment manager, and it says "uploads not utilized within one hour will be deleted", however they're still there?

Any help would be appreciated

Try to convert the jpg image into png.

The thing is, it should allow any form of file
I'm trying to put an old attachment from one of my past posts, and that's what it was saying. Those were all .jpg as well.

I can't upload .png either

That requires too much effort unless posting a large folder of images.
Solving this issue would be better.

Note: sometimes when you do the URL for pictures it says the file is to large
This problem can be fixed by doing it manually by typing [IMG(Link Here)/IMG]
Add a ] after the ING and add a [ before the /IMG
