Although the disable upload option only prevents the culprit from uploading, it does not show who he/she is and no staff can know whether the real owner is wanting to get a custom but can't because he/she can't access without ticking the option off.

Thus, makes the whole option to be a flaw for a few weeks until another solution has been brought up.
