Since I'm in a place where all my questions could be answered, I thought of a (imo) great question. When submitting a gani that I made, could I give it in as a gif (made in gimp for example) or do I have to use graalshop and give it in as a file saved from there?
You need to use graalshop & send it. Unless you are some legend who knows how to make ganis using only a text document.

you can always use the online gani editor, if you dont have access to graalshop. it does save as a .gani file though, and not a gif.
