They are the exact same. Same as pink m4 and regular m4 etc. Only difference is the gun skin.

They actually have different stats, I believe the gold one has 7dmg (perfect) and it shoots faster.
Sucks how it's super rare to have.
The gold uzi is 7 damage and has slightly higher fire rate than the normal Uzi.
The skin is NOT the issue.
However, the pink m4 and m4 has no difference in stats.
Adding on to that,the gold m4 has also got the same stats but it has the added on attachment of a shield similar to the one the ksg has.
