You can ALWAYS contribute to the community without being a moderator. If the shoe fits, you'll get hired. If it doesn't, move ahead. There's always going to be new opportunities.
Era-Go is a structure of all 30-80 of you who still use the forums actively. I'm very disappointed that a lot of the applicants acted "Nice" and "Helpful" and when they weren't hired, it was just garbage to them.
That does not include those who were very upset. Remember, Your actions will take place in the future, just keep your chin up and you'll be okay. That's all, I hope you all wish to stay, new and old.

There should be no reason why you should be mad for not getting hired as a moderator. Your application wasn't as good as to the four who got applied, they wanted it more than you did, they were thoroughly with their answers and took their time. Besides, there's always next time. Again, congrats to Tricky, Kieran, Mikey, and XSTARX!
