I saw way too many people upset/quit the forums that i am in need to make this thread.
If you just joined Era-Go and acted nice just for a position, i'm well darn disappointed.
You can ALWAYS contribute to the community without being a moderator. If the shoe fits, you'll get hired. If it doesn't, move ahead. There's always going to be new opportunities.
Era-Go is a structure of all 30-80 of you who still use the forums actively. I'm very disappointed that a lot of the applicants acted "Nice" and "Helpful" and when they weren't hired, it was just garbage to them.
That does not include those who were very upset. Remember, Your actions will take place in the future, just keep your chin up and you'll be okay. That's all, I hope you all wish to stay, new and old.

The first time the mod team was hiring I was hyped for it, even if I didn't get the job I still used Era-Go till now and I've never gotten bored of it.
