I edited your hat using a light source from the top-right. Most of your work is pillow shaded. Try thinking about what these hats would look like in person. Also try anti-aliasing, if your unsure what that is, you can find info on it here. Other than that, not that bad, keep it up!

Try to add more texture on the girls head to not make the hair look pillow shaded. Fix the skin's contrast, too.

Pretty simple head... maybe have the hair color different? It looks nice, don't get me wrong, but it's too basic.

The sword looks good, but in the same time, a slight of pillow shade.

I agree with the basic part and the color needs to be changed.
If it doesn't really have other mistakes then that, i feel good
