If you cant pk or spar dont bother getting any gun
Can't say much for the others, but I own dual Maccus Uzis. They used to be my favorite weapons, but they were nerfed to the point where it's useless trying to PK with them. However, they do a decent job in the spar arena, if that's what you're looking for.
Honestly in that price range, I would go with the default rifle or the sten.

PDW SD would be my top choice for that price range. Great firerate and freeze, the clip might be a little on the down side being 13, but the stacked damage makes up for that.
