Maybe this is due to some Cydia apps you got, maybe you tried to download an app from Cydia and the server auto detects it as a third party program, I suggest you to erase some applications that may result on a kind of hacks, with this I mean, any application that can speedhack, alter your stats, macro, etc.
If that is not the case, then you should ask a high admin via forums or put a thread on the "Letter Of Staff" section, maybe someone got your mail and used your account.

If you haven't been able to log in for six months, you probably have been doing something wrong since you didn't post the problem the first few months. I'm not going to accuse though.
