Very interesting shading...
Fix your eyes.
Don't make the light shading that big.
Side views, make the shading look like the alien back head looks round.

I think the outline itself could be fixed, Its just a preference, I don't like it when my work has outlines so
thin that it looks a little awkward. The shape of the head could also be fixed, the front and the sides.
The sides do not look like they correspond with the front.
Other then that, I like the Alien Hat.
