Unfortunately the deadline was closed really late and that's why you see quite a number of people having it,instead of 10 people owning it.

That sick weapon is the Odachi. It was around at frosty fallls last year, and you had to get 20k points to get it(20k kills).
Like everyone said, it was meant to be rare, but since admins released for a longer time, its not rare, just uncommon
