Maybe that genre of thing would be cool in Era-Go forums.

When someone says something clever, funny or whatever, instead of spamming "lmao", "you're right", "+rep" in the posts section, we can just like the other person's comment, to say like "I approve".

You can already do that. +rep means they're giving you forum Reputation, it's not just a figure of speech. (sometimes it is.) click the Noob head and "like" their post by repping it.
