Smaller gangs get eated by NBK,GETS,EBI,KIN,Deadsec etc

This isn't motivating the small gangs to base

I think there shall be smaller bases the like shops that isn't counting in the hour statics of basing
Why not the hour ? Becuase the bigs gangs after the rewards , not tiny shops

this meby be a solution for mafia family's To own the turfs they want

The starters can take over Ebizou easily
Ebizou only has like 2-3 people online at a time and they rec random people and then use them then kick them
So your basically fighting 2-3 people afking and like 10 players with 500hours or less

Wait until Countryside comes out. The new bases there should mix things up, or at least give a few gangs the chance to make it big.

most likely gangs will stop basing once they reached 25k hours.
ebi already reached it, and they aint basing.
looks like the plan worked
