I'm trying to help players and waiting to get hired last time I applied was in 2012 and I'm seeing new admins becoming big and walking for fun they don't even answer questions the question is when are you guys hiring?

I think it's great you want to help others! The Player Relations team currently isn't hiring. The new admins you speak of were hired from their old applications. Have fun on iEra!
