Halloween Quest SPECULATION

This is just speculation
As some of you might know Storm had a contest for a halloween shop
And the items were never added
Note she said shop
So i think the quest will be like in 2014 how when you finished you get to go to a secret shop
Maybe that shop has the items
Why else would Storm ask the winners to pm her in game
Also she asked them for their graal id
Why would she need a graal id?
Simple possibly to put a statue of them
Or become npc's in the quest
So they might have taken Kendricks idea with forumers being in the quest
This is just what i think who knows
When i ranted about the shop and storms contest
They did say just wait well something like that
Possibly hinting that the items will come later on
Maybe thats why they didnt tell us anything about it
To make it a suprise
