This umbrella is a super rare auction item. When the jeni's secret shop opened, we did give some random shop items (the umbrella is considered an unreleased shop super rare) as event prizes. I also on occasion give shop items as event prizes but it is a script that randomly chooses the item, I don't pick it and the chance of winning an umbrella that way is very slim. Just to be clear, staff accounts are scripted so we cannot drop any item outside of an EC and that is only in the Event House.
