It's up to you, but if you are asking me, I don't think it is worth buying.
The damage aren't stacked if you shoot many bullet at once.
I find it useless, I bought it for fun, not to seriously spar or pk.
You could get a better gun instead of an attachment.

I find it quite useful in gang spar. Makes it easy for me to send barrages of bullets towards the bottom huggers and send them sprawling.

Its important to not be bias in decisions such as this one. Make a list of the pros and cons of having the attachment.
Personally i was very dissapointed in development and compatability of the attachment. I had a pink m4 for a very long time and i tried getting the staff to make the attachment compatible with the pink m4. Never happened-i saw someone with the pink m4 shooting multiple bullets and i asked around. Long story short i ended up having to buy an m4 and the m4 attachment, only then was i able to use the attachment with my pink m4. I find it pathetic on their part.
The attachment works well for halls in gang spar, last man standing, stuff like that. Sure it doesent stack damage, but if you shoot at someone in a hallway you are going to hit them relentlessly. I like having it.
I'm looking for a relatively cheap good pk gun that gets kills

The PDW SD is a great PK weapon. It's very similar to the Ak74u SD, though the PDW stacks.

I always used my famas for pk
